First you make some pudding....
Get it nice, hot and bubbly..When done cool in fridge for about 4 hours.
Blow up some water balloons. Water balloons because they are smaller. Beware.. Your cheeks will need massaging afterwards!! After you have no more air left in your lungs and your cheeks are going to burst, wash and dry the balloons. Then spray just a little cooking spray on each, just a little. 
Then you want to melt some Chocolate. Let it cool slightly before using, doesn't have to be super hot. You will want to dab a little circle on the wax paper. (I forgot to take a picture of that). Then you want to take a balloon and dunk it into the chocolate like this... 
Then... remember those circular spots you made on the wax paper? You want to put
the chocolate dipped balloon on that.
After you have made lots of these let them cool off really good. Then get ready to let the fun begin!
Yep, that's right! Take a safety pen and have those kiddos pop away! Little Codster was the only one doing the popping over here. Ash didn't like the noise and was hiding and ducking for cover.
Tada!! You now have a edible bowl for pudding. Probably can use it for ice cream too.
Now just fill the cup and add all the extra nummies!
